Blairite and Owen Smith supporter branded me a Communist and a supporter of Mao’s murders. I had the perfect response

Another day, another spat on Twitter with a Blairite and Owen Smith supporter. Dan Heley, who still lives in 1997, claimed that millions of people in Britain love Tony Blair which is why they elected him three times, in 1997, 2001 and 2005. When I counteracted his claim, he did what Blairites and Owen Smith supporters always do when they lose an argument: resorted to insults.

First of all, Dan linked Communism and anti-Semitism and used it to attack Jeremy Corbyn and his supporters:

I gave a perfectly reasonable response:

Suddenly we rewind to 1997 and Tony Blair is Prime Minister:

I then fast-forward to 2016:

And to cut a long story short, Dan branded me a Communist and accused me of supporting Mao and his murders:

And I gave the perfect response:

Yet, despite Dan’s accusation, he defended the actions of Tony Blair in Iraq who is responsible for the deaths of 179 British soldiers and millions of Iraqi civilians.

And that is when I saw red.

So, according to Dan, a diehard Blairite and Owen Smith supporter, I’m a Communist and I support Mao and his murders, while Dan is perfectly happy to defend his war criminal hero Tony Blair for killing 179 British soldiers and millions of Iraqi civilians. Even 13 years after Blair’s intervention in Iraq, the horrors of his war are still being felt.

It’s no wonder Owen Smith is unelectable and his leadership campaign is such a laughingstock when he has people like Dan Heley supporting him.

Saving Labour. The gift that keeps on giving.
